White Sage:

Palo Santo Wood:
Palo Santo has traditionally been used as a cleanser and purifier which has an astounding affect on one’s emotional chemistry. The smoke relieves anxiety, depression and emotional pain and suffering. The smoke has been used for many years to relieve common colds, flu, asthma, and headaches. Palo Santo is a powerful antioxidant as well and is known to raise one’s vibration to divine peace. It also works with the sacral chakra, enhancing creativity and balance of sexual energy. It can be used during any yoga or meditation practice.

How to use:
Burn Sage and Palo Santo smudge stick in well ventilated area. Do not leave burning sage unattended. Hold at a 45 degree angle and bring a flame to the end of the smudge stick until it lights a fire. Fan the flame out with your hand or feather. Do not blow on it. Place in a shell or non flammable bowl to catch embers. To increase the amount of smoke, fan the ember periodically.
